Friends of St. John's C. of E. Primary School, are a volunteer group of parents and teachers who raise funds through events at the school and provide equipment and entertainment to our school and pupils. We run various events throughout the year including cake sales, bingo nights, raffles, craft sessions to name but a few.
FOSJ has grown over the last 12 months in popularity but we are always in need of extra volunteers/members and new ideas, so if you can spare us some of your time and energy we would be grateful. Even if you cannot do this, then your support by attending our events and helping us to raise money for our school is appreciated.
If you would like to learn more about us and what we do then you are more than welcome to attend one of our meetings or speak to any of the members below for information.
We are here to have some fun and make some much needed cash for the school.
We have raised money for:-
Wet play toys.
Helped with funds to pay for the children to attend a theatrical performance of The Lion King.
Paid for a new toaster for Breakfast Club and Healthy Tuck shop.
Bibles for Reception and Year 6.
Projector and Sound system for the hall.
